At Hairloome, we believe in delivering more than just beautiful hair - we aim to provide an unparalleled customer experience. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy that puts your satisfaction first.

What Can You Return or Exchange?

• Regular-priced items only (sorry, no discounts or sales!)
• Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when shipped
• Curly/wavy hair extensions, hair toppers, accessories, and donut scrunchies are non-returnable
• International orders are also non-returnable

How to Make a Return or Exchange

• Use your own courier to send the item back to us
• Or, let us arrange a pickup for a ₹200 fee, which we'll deduct from your store credit, and refund would be credited back to your original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.

Please Note

• The cost of return shipping would be borne by the customer.
• Hairloome is not liable for any damages during the return process.
• It would be difficult to refund the original ₹100 shipping fee for orders under ₹1000
